About
Baking cakes is not only a labor of love, but an artistic endeavor. My cake business evolved after many years of baking cakes, experimenting with new recipes, practicing new techniques, and perfecting my design skills. Every cake I bake is made from scratch using fresh, high quality ingredients. My goal is to not only create aesthetically beautiful cakes, but exceptionally delicious cakes.
Training: I am honored and privileged to have had the opportunity to study with some of the best pastry chefs and cake designers. These include Chef Jacquy Pfeiffer (French Pastry School), Chef Anna Astashkina (Wafer Paper Academy), Tortik Annoushka (Russian cake school), Pastry Chef Yulya Zalesskikh, Winifred Kriste, Amanda Lee (Sugar Cake School), Merul School, and all of the wonderful YouTube cake bakers and designers.
