Layered Cakes

All of my cakes are custom made to order. I use only the highest quality and freshest ingredients.  My cakes range in size from 6" to 8" and serve anywhere from 8-12 people.

Pricing: The base price for each cake begins at $125 (unless otherwise indicated). Cakes will be made as shown. If you wish to create a gourmet design, base price will increase. See Cake Design for ideas. I am more than happy to discuss design options and pricing with you.

Almond Cherry

This flavorful cake is made with an almond Genoise sponge and contains three different fillings: almond ganache, cherry marmalade, and  a crunchy chocolate almond layer. The cake is covered in a vanilla cream cheese frosting, and the sides are covered in an almond crumble. It is moist, creamy, crunchy, and flavorful. Suitable for any occasion.

Available in 6" only (3 layers). Serves 8-10 people. Contains dairy, wheat, eggs, and nuts.

Banana Crunch

Caramel Mousse Crunch

This decadent cake is layered with a moist sponge cake, a light and fluffy caramel mousse, homemade caramel sauce, and crunchy bits of toasted pecans and toffee. For added indulgence, it is covered in a caramel buttercream frosting with rich, gooey caramel sauce dripping down the sides. How can you resist!

Available in 6' only (3 layers), Serves approximately 8-10 people. 
Contains dairy, wheat, nuts, and eggs.

Carrot Citrus

This multi-layered cake is filled with delectable creaminess. There are three different layers consisting of orange marmalade, orange and white chocolate whipped ganache, and an orange custard...all made from scratch. This moist cake has shredded carrots and walnuts swirled about and it is frosted with a vanilla cream cheese frosting.

Available in 6' only (four layers), Serves approximately 8-10 people.

Carrot Mango

This luscious cake is one of my all time favorites. The sponge cake has mango puree and grated carrots for added moisture and flavor. It is filled and covered with a vanilla cream cheese frosting. The cake is topped with toasted macadamia nuts and drizzled with sweetened, mango sauce. 

Available in 6' only (3 layers), Serves approximately 8-10 people. This cake can be made as either a naked cake (no frosting on the sides) or as a semi-naked cake (very thin layer of frosting on the sides).

Chocolate and Salted Caramel

Coconut Custard Rum

This deliciously moist coconut cake is layered with a creamy coconut custard with lots of toasted coconut folded into it. It is covered in a fluffy cloud of vanilla rum cream cheese frosting with toasted coconut around the sides.. It is a coconut lover's dream!

Available in 6" only (3 layers). Serves 8-10 people. Contains dairy, wheat, coconut, and eggs.

​French Strawberry Fraisier

This classic French cake showcases the vibrant flavor of fresh strawberries. It is filled with a vanilla pastry cream whipped with a Chantilly cream, and the center is filled with fresh strawberries drizzled with a homemade, sweet strawberry syrup.  

​Available in 8" only (2 layers). Serves about 10 people. Contains dairy, wheat, and eggs.

Lemon Raspberry

When life gives you lemons. order a lemon raspberry cake! This cake is filled with layers very lemony white chocolate ganache and crunchy bits of white chocolate, toasted almonds, and lemon snap cookies. And...there a layer of homemade raspberry sauce to please your palate.  It is covered in a tangy vanilla cream cheese frosting and topped with more cream cheese decorations.

Malted Milk Ball

Do you remember eating Whoppers as a kid? Well this fun cake is a throwback to the good old days. It is made with a malted vanilla cake and filled with a chocolate malted buttercream frosting. The stripes are made with both malted vanilla and chocolate buttercream. 

Available in 6" only (3 layers). Serves 8-10 people. Contains dairy, wheat,  and eggs.

Passion Peach Orange

If you love fresh peaches, this is the cake for you. This seasonal gem is made with an almond cake with lots of orange zest. It is layered with a sweet and tangy passion fruit and fresh  peach confit. Each layer is also filled with with a fluffy, vanilla cream cheese frosting with grated peach folded into it.  One of my favorites.

Available in 6" only (3 layers). This is a seasonal cake available during July and August when peaches are in season. Serves 8-10 people. Contains dairy, wheat,  and eggs.

Raspberry Pistachio

Red Velvet Classic

This classic cake is layered with a moist sponge cake made with fresh eggs, butter,  cocoa, and vanilla. It is layered and covered with a fluffy, cream cheese frosting. The sides and top are decorated with toasted cake crumbs. Ideal for any type of celebration.

Available in 6" only (4 layers). Serves 8-10 people. Contains dairy, wheat,  and eggs.
