All of my cakes are custom made to order. I use only the highest quality and freshest ingredients. The approximate serving sizes are generous party portions.  Cakes will be made as shown, although I am open to moderate changes.

Almond Cherry

This flavorful cake is made with an almond Genoise sponge and contains three different fillings: almond ganache, cherry marmalade, and  a crunchy chocolate almond layer. The cake is covered in a vanilla cream cheese frosting, and the sides are covered in an almond crumble. It is moist, creamy, crunchy, and flavorful. Suitable for any occasion.

Available in 6" only (3 layers). Serves approximately 10-12 people. Contains dairy, wheat, eggs, and nuts.

Black Forest

 This cake is layered with a moist, richly flavored chocolate cake and filled with a cherry Kirsch sauce and a fluffy whipped cream and cream cheese frosting. There is also a surprise crunchy layer of dark chocolate, toasted almonds, and dried sweetened sour cherries. Dark chocolate ganache is dripped down the sides and topped with whipped cream decorations, chocolate shards/curls, and fresh cherries. This cake is available year 'round. Frozen cherries are used when not in season.

Banana Crunch

This cake is creamy and crunchy. It is made with a moist and fluffy banana cake and filled with a vanilla cream cheese frosting and a crunchy layer of toasted pecans, vanilla wafers, brown sugar, and butter. Every bite is delectable!

8" (3 layer cake). Serves 12-14 people. Contains wheat, dairy, flour.

Caramel Mousse Crunch

This decadent cake is layered with a moist sponge cake, a light and fluffy caramel mousse, homemade caramel sauce, and crunchy bits of toasted pecans and toffee. For added indulgence, it is covered in a caramel buttercream frosting with rich, gooey caramel sauce dripping down the sides. How can you resist!

Available in 6' only (3 layers), Serves approximately 10-12 people.

Carrot Citrus

This multi-layered cake is filled with delectable creaminess. There are three different layers consisting of orange marmalade, orange and white chocolate whipped ganache, and an orange custard...all made from scratch. This moist cake has shredded carrots and walnuts swirled about and it is frosted with a vanilla cream cheese frosting.

Available in 6' only (four layers), Serves approximately 12-14 people.

Carrot Mango

This luscious cake is one of my all time favorites. The sponge cake has mango puree and grated carrots for added moisture and flavor. It is filled and covered with a vanilla cream cheese frosting. The cake is topped with toasted macadamia nuts and drizzled with sweetened, mango sauce. 

Available in 6' only (3 layers), Serves approximately 10-12 people. This cake can be made as either a naked cake (no frosting on the sides) or as a semi-naked cake (very thin layer of frosting on the sides).

Coconut Custard Rum

This deliciously moist coconut cake is layered with a creamy coconut custard with lots of toasted coconut folded into it. It is covered in a fluffy cloud of vanilla rum cream cheese frosting with toasted coconut around the sides. It is a coconut lover's dream!

Available in 6" only (3 layers). Serves 10-12 people. Contains dairy, wheat, coconut, and eggs.

Coffee & Cream

This rich, decadent chocolate cake is infused with toasted hazelnuts, freshly brewed coffee, and orange zest. It is filled with a vanilla creme and a chocolate ganache. The frosting is marbled with a vanilla Swiss meringue and a coffee Swiss meringue. The sides are dripped with white chocolate, and the cake is topped with coffee Swiss meringue decorations. It's mojo magic!

Devil's Food Chocolate and Raspberry

This beautiful cake is made with an incredibly tender and moist chocolate cake. It is filled with a raspberry confit made from fresh raspberries. The tops and sides are piped with raspberry Swiss meringue buttercream rosettes.

​French Strawberry Fraisier

This classic French cake showcases the vibrant flavor of fresh strawberries. It is filled with a vanilla pastry cream whipped with a Chantilly cream, and the center is filled with fresh strawberries drizzled with a homemade, sweet strawberry syrup.

Lemon Raspberry

When life gives you lemons, order a lemon raspberry cake!  This cake a flavored with fresh lemon zest...no artificial flavors in this cake. Each layer is filled with a tangy vanilla cream cheese frosting and a deliciously sweet and tart raspberry filling. It is covered in the same tangy vanilla cream cheese frosting and topped with more cream cheese decorations and fresh raspberries.

Malted Milk Ball

Do you remember eating Whoppers as a kid? Well this fun cake is a throwback to the good old days. It is made with a malted vanilla cake and filled with a chocolate malted buttercream frosting. The stripes are made with both malted vanilla and chocolate buttercream.

Sicilian Orange 

This cake is often called a whole orange cake because it contains an entire orange! It is a dense, moist, and delicious cake with candied oranges on top. It has a very pronounced natural orange flavor without adding any artificial flavors. One of my favorites. It is not overly sweet and is perfect for an afternoon tea or Sunday brunch.

Passion Peach Orange

If you love fresh peaches, this is the cake for you. This seasonal gem is made with an almond cake blended with lots of orange zest. It is layered with a sweet and tangy passion fruit and fresh peach confit. Each layer is also filled with a fluffy, vanilla cream cheese frosting with grated peach folded into it.  One of my favorites.

Available in 6" only (3 layers). This is a seasonal cake available during July and August when peaches are in season. Serves 10-12 people. Contains dairy, wheat, and eggs.

Raspberry Pistachio

Pistachio and raspberry are two flavor pairings that are irresistible. This delectable vanilla sponge cake is filled with a raspberry custard cream and a pistachio ganache. It is then covered in a rich and creamy pistachio buttercream.

Red Velvet Classic

This classic cake is layered with a moist sponge cake made with fresh eggs, butter,  cocoa, and vanilla. It is layered and covered with a fluffy, cream cheese frosting. The sides and top are decorated with toasted cake crumbs. Ideal for any type of celebration.

Pumpkin Spice

This incredibly moist cake is perfect for all of the Fall Holidays.  It is gently spiced with cinnamon and other Holiday spices. It is layered with a gooey caramel sauce and a luscious vanilla cream cheese frosting. The sides are studded with toasted walnuts for a little crunch.

Tiramisu Cake

This rustic Italian cake is composed of a tender Genoise sponge cake soaked in espresso and Amaretto. It is layered and covered with a creamy mascarpone filling (eggs are cooked).  There is a light dusting of cocoa powder on top with piped mascarpone cream decorations. This cake is not an overly sweet cake, yet it is filled with the flavors of Italy. An Italian masterpiece!

Vermouth Pecan

This cake recipe is probably one of my oldest recipes. It was given to me by a co-worker when I was a teenager!  Originally, it was a box cake that I turned into a scratch cake. It is so moist and yummy!!! I make it as a sheet cake, but it could easily be made into a 6" layer cake. The top is lathered with a pecan cream cheese frosting. Divine flavor!

Serves approximately 20 people. Contains eggs, dairy, nuts, and wheat.
