Amaretto Apricot
This elegant cheesecake is made with a toasted almond and Amaretti cookie crumb crust. The filling is made with amaretto-laced cream cheese and topped with a tangy apricot glaze. The sides are decorated with lightly toasted almond slivers. Creamy, crunchy, and tangy!

Apple Pie Cheesecake
This American favorite is made with a vanilla sable cookie crumb crust and is filled with two different layers: a chunky apple cinnamon layer and a creamy batter of cream cheese, sour cream, and brown sugar. It is topped with a lightly torched, delicious vanilla meringue. Who could resist such deliciousness?

Bananas Foster
This mouthwatering cheesecake is made with a vanilla wafer and brown sugar crust. It is filled with a creamy blend of cream cheese, perfectly ripe bananas, and dark rum. The cheesecake is topped with bananas flambéed in butter, brown sugar, and dark rum, and finished off with a decorative piping of vanilla whipped cream.

Blueberry Lemon
Blueberries and lemon are a match made in heaven. The crust of this lemony cheesecake is made with buttery lemon snap cookies. The cream cheese filling has lots of lemon zest with a homemade blueberry sauce swirled about. It has a smooth lemony flavor with bursts of blueberry through out. It is a great summer dessert, but, of course, can be eaten year 'round.

Caramel Pecan
The crust of this rich and delicious cheesecake is made with buttery graham crackers and toasted pecans. The filling is made with vanilla cream cheese and homemade caramel sauce swirled about. It is topped with more caramel sauce and whipped cream decorations sprinkled with caramelized sugar sprinkles. Ahhh...that's all I can say.

This gourmet cheesecake has a chocolate cookie crumb crust and a rich chocolate cream cheese filling swirled with my homemade Nutella (chocolate and roasted hazelnut paste). It is topped with a layer of my Nutella; chocolate whipped cream decorations; and Ferrero Rocher confections.

Chocolate Peanut Butter
This decadent cheesecake boasts a Nutter Butter cookie crumb crust lined with Reece's peanut butter cups; a rich peanut butter cream cheese filling; and a chocolate ganache topping. It is decorated with Nutter Butter cookies, roasted peanuts, mini Reece's peanut butter cups, peanut butter buttercream, and chocolate and peanut butter spirals.

Chocolate Raspberry
This beautiful cheesecake has an Oreo cookie crumb crust; a cream cheese filling swirled with a homemade raspberry sauce; and a rich dark chocolate ganache topping. It is decorated with fresh raspberries that are lightly drizzled with a raspberry glaze..

Death by Chocolate
This cheesecake is a chocolate lover's dream. It is made with a chocolate cookie crumb crust; a rich and creamy chocolate cream cheese filling; and a dark chocolate ganache topping. It is decorated with homemade chocolate truffles dipped in an assortment of toasted coconut, chopped walnuts, and chocolate jimmies. It's a cheesecake worth dying for.

Key Lime
This classic cheesecake is made with a buttery graham cracker crust and a tangy key lime and cream cheese filling. It is topped with freshly whipped cream and slices of key lime. It is available year 'round. I use fresh key limes when in season. Otherwise, fresh Persian limes are used. I do not use any bottled key lime juice or artificial flavors when making this cheesecake.

Fresh Mango
The crust of this fruity cheesecake is made with buttery graham crackers and toasted macadamia nuts. The creamy filling is made with cream cheese delicately blended with fresh pureed mangoes and orange zest. It is topped with fresh mangoes drizzled with a homemade mango/orange syrup.
Seasonal: available during peak mango season (mid April through the end of June). Available in 7" only. Serves approximately 8 people. Contains dairy, eggs, nuts, and wheat (crust). Macadamia nuts are toxic to dogs. Cost: $100 |
Pistachio Orange Baklava
This Mediterranean-inspired cheesecake is lined with fillo dough that is amply brushed with clarified butter. It is layered with a sugary pistachio filling and a cream cheese filling flavored with freshly grated orange zest. It is topped with more filo dough and baked to perfection. Once it has cooled, it is drizzled with an orange honey syrup and sprinkled with chopped pistachio nuts.. Delectable!

Pumpkin Caramel
This Holiday cheesecake is to die for. The crust is made with gingersnap cookies and toasted pecans. It is filled with a spiced pumpkin cream cheese batter and topped with a thin layer of sweetened sour cream. My homemade caramel sauce is swirled on top and dripped down the sides. Yum! It is finished with freshly piped whipped cream and more gingersnap cookies.
